When your gift will arrive

Every gift is made to order with your personalisation. Please allow 3–5 working days for your item to be made and dispatched, plus courier time. Busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day can take a little longer, so we recommend ordering early.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of ordering, or arrives damaged, please get in touch via our contact page and we'll put it right.
